Give him the Sacred Lotus, finish the level and head back. If you’re struggling to find it, there’s a shortcut from where the husband is stood to the pre-boss fight Battle Flag, so you can work your way backwards from there. The fog area’s layout kind of resembles a sideways M shape, and you’ll find the husband at the center point of the M.
However, on the right-hand side of that area is the husband, stood on the hill. Just before the mid-level boss in this level, you’ll enter an area covered in fog, making it hard to navigate. Instead, you’ll need to find her husband, who’s located in the Part 6 Main Battlefield “Behold The Glaive Of Righteousness”.
Obviously, you couldn’t just give it to her there and then though. Once you’ve gone back to the village, speak to the wife once again and she’ll have a third and final task: find some Sacred Lotus. Give him the Oil of Awakening, finish the level then head back to the Hidden Village. Just before the entrance to that mausoleum is a hut on the left-hand side.
